Duke Ellingtons Band
American jazz musician Sam Woodyard plays the drums on stage alongside Duke Ellington's band during a concert at the University of Chicago, IL, 1962. Woodyard was largely an autodidact on drums, and played locally in the Newark, New Jersey area in the 1940s.
